Terms of service

These terms apply to the website hosting, editing and support service ([company name], "we") sold to a business ("you") through one of our sales reps or on our website.

You pay a one-time setup fee and a monthly or yearly plan. Prices are on the plan you chose at purchase and do not change while that plan runs.

A finished website built from your public business information and what you give us, hosted by us, kept online and secure, with the features of your plan.

Self-Managed plans let you change the site yourself. Done-For-You plans include us making the changes you ask for.

Everything about your business on the site is yours: your name, photos, words, reviews. You confirm you have the right to use what you give us.

Your domain name is yours. If you stop paying, we stop hosting the site; we never hold your domain.

The layouts, code and tools that build and run the site are ours. Your plan is a licence to use them for your site while it runs.

Plans renew until you cancel. Cancel any time with a message to your rep or to us; the site stays up until the end of the period you paid for.

Setup fees are for work already done and are not refunded once the site is live.

We keep the site online and correct as far as the information you gave us. We cannot promise search rankings, a number of calls, or sales.

If the service is down for a reason we control, we fix it as fast as we can; we are not liable for lost business beyond the fees you paid us for that month.

Either side can end it with notice. If you misuse the service (illegal content, spam, harming others) we can end it at once.

We may update these terms. We will tell you by email before changes that affect you take effect.
