Rep agreement

This agreement is between [Founders' entity name] ("sitegen") and you, an independent sales rep who has been approved on the sitegen platform.

It starts the day your rep account is approved and stays in force until either side ends it as described below.

You find local businesses that need a website or a better one, build them a preview with the platform, show it to the owner, and hand the sale to sitegen.

You represent the product honestly and only with the materials and prices shown in your dashboard.

You give a working mobile number when you apply. The founders call it before approving you and use it for questions about your deals; owners can text it from a preview you built.

sitegen builds the site, hosts it, supports the owner, handles every change on Done-For-You plans, bills the owner, and pays you.

sitegen keeps your dashboard current: every preview, every sale in your name, and every payment owed to you.

You pay nothing to join and nothing to build previews.

On every site sold in your name you receive 50% of the setup fee and 50% of each monthly payment for as long as that site stays live. That is the minimum.

sitegen may raise your share above 50% for reps who close consistently. Your current percentages are shown on your dashboard, and every sale snapshots the percentages in force on the day it was made, so a later change never rewrites an earlier deal.

Shares are paid on the 1st of each month, on money sitegen has actually collected. If an owner is refunded, the share on that payment is taken back from your next payout.

Previews that do not sell earn nothing.

Bring another rep and you receive 10% of the setup fee on each of their first three sales, paid with your regular payout once that setup fee is collected. Nothing on their monthly payments and nothing past the third sale. The new rep gives your referral code (shown on your dashboard) when they apply; it cannot be added later.

Make honest claims only. Never promise search rankings, customer numbers or results.

Never write, buy or invent a review, for a business or for sitegen.

Follow Google's terms and the platform's rules. Do not scrape, spam or cold-message in ways the law or the platform forbids.

Treat everything an owner tells you and everything in their account as confidential.

Do not build previews for businesses you have no intention of contacting.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee. You set your own hours, use your own phone and transport, and handle your own taxes.

This is not exclusive. You may sell other things. sitegen may work with other reps, including in your area.

You cannot sign contracts, make promises or accept payment on sitegen's behalf. Owners pay sitegen directly.

Previews are free to the owner and expire 14 days after they are built unless the owner buys or a rep extends them.

Each rep has a monthly preview quota, set by sitegen and shown in the dashboard.

sitegen may pause a rep account for misuse: fake previews, false claims, complaints from owners, or breaking the conduct rules above.

Either side can end this agreement with written notice (an email is enough).

[To be decided by the founders] Shares you have earned on sites already live keep paying for as long as those sites stay live and you remain in good standing.

Unpaid shares on money already collected are paid on the normal schedule.

This agreement is governed by the laws of [State], and any dispute is handled in [County, State].

If any part of it cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.

This is the whole agreement between you and sitegen about being a rep; it replaces anything said before it.
