Questions owners ask

Do I need to send you anything?: No. We start from your Google Business Profile, your reviews, your photos and your current site if you have one. If you want to add photos or notes, your rep can drop them in.
What if I don’t like it?: Then you don’t buy it. The preview is free to look at for 14 days. Tell your rep what you would change and we change it, usually the same day.
Do you make things up?: Never. Every fact on the site comes from your Google profile, your existing site, or what you told us. No invented years in business, awards or reviews.
Who owns the site and the domain?: The domain is yours, always. We host the site and keep it running for the monthly fee. Point your own domain at it and it becomes yours to show.
How do I change something later?: Self-Managed: open the editor and change any word, photo or color yourself, or type what you want and it applies in about a minute. Done-For-You: send us the request and we handle it, usually the same day.
How long does it take?: A preview takes minutes to build. Your rep usually has the link on their phone before the conversation is over.
