Privacy policy

From business owners and reps who sign up: name, email, password (stored hashed), and what you do in the app.

From businesses we build sites for: public information from Google (name, address, phone, hours, reviews, photos), your current website, and what you or your rep give us.

From visitors to a client site: the contact form fields they submit, chat messages they send, and a daily count of visits and taps. We do not run advertising trackers on client sites.

To build, host and improve the site, to send leads to the business that owns it, to bill, and to support you.

Chat messages on a client site are sent to an AI service to produce the reply and are not used to train it.

Service providers we need to run the platform: hosting, database, email delivery, text messaging, and the AI service that writes and edits site content. Each sees only what its job needs.

We do not sell personal information.

Sales reps use public business listings to find businesses that may want a website. We store the listing details (business name, address, phone, website) and the rep's notes. A business can ask us to remove its listing from our records at any time.

We keep account and site data while the account is active. When a site is cancelled we remove it from hosting; backups clear on their own cycle.

Ask us to delete your account or your business's records and we will, except what we must keep for tax and billing.

Passwords are hashed. API keys we hold for you are encrypted at rest. Connections use HTTPS. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong we tell affected people promptly.

You can change or delete your details in the app, ask your rep, or email us. Email and text notifications about leads can be turned off on request.
